WHERE WE SHIP
Ashgrove Co. currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

SHIPPING COST
Standard shipping is free on every US order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days, so please allow 4-8 business days in total. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.

ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

MULTIPLE BOTTLES
Orders with more than one bottle may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us right away if you spot a mistake and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us through our contact page and we'll help locate it or send a replacement. See our Refund Policy for details.
